2012

    The University of Missouri Board of Curators have named Nancy Flournoy a Curators’ Professor. She is the first from the Statistics Department to be awarded with this honor

    Professor Nancy Flournoy wins the ELEVENTH ANNUAL JANET L. NORWOOD AWARD for her outstanding achievement in statistical sciences.

2011

    Lori Thombs elected as Fellow of the American Statistical Association.

2008

    Jianguo (Tony) Sun received the Chancellors Award for Outstanding Research and Creative Activity in the Physical and Mathematical Sciences.

2007

    Nancy Flournoy won the Florence Nightingale David Award.

2006

    Nancy Flournoy won the NISS Distinguished Service Award.

    Scott Holan won the NISS New Researcher Fellowship.

    Paul Speckman elected a Fellow of the American Statistical Association.

    Tony Sun elected a Fellow of the American Statistical Association.

    Christopher K. Wikle received the Chancellors Award for Outstanding Research and Creative Activity in the Physical and Mathematical Sciences.

2005

    John Hewitt received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association of Rheumatology Health Professionals    (ARHP).

    Dongchu Sun elected a Fellow of the Institute of Mathematical Statistics.

2004

    Larry Ries was awarded William T.Kemper Fellowship for Excellence in Teaching.

    Chris Wikle elected a Fellow of the American Statistical Association.

    Dongchu Sun elected a Fellow of the American Statistical Association.

2002
